WARRANTY  POLICY

     Upon receipt of your JIDA WATT frames, a certified technician will determine if the damage caused to your frame will be covered under our warranty program. Please review our warranty statement below:

 

ALL PRODUCT DISTRIBUTED BY JIDA WATT EYEWEAR IS WARRANTED FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ONLY. COVERAGE IS VALID ONLY WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED JIDA WATT EYEWEAR DEALER OR FROM WWW.JIDAWATT.COM

JIDA WATT EYEWEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACCIDENT (SUCH AS SHATTERED, FRACTURED OR SCRATCHED LENSES), IMPROPER STORAGE, ALTERATION, NATURAL BREAKDOWN (SUCH AS FADING) OF COLOURS AND METERIALS OVER TIME. FRAMES FITTED WITH PRESCRIPTION LENSES OR FRAME DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRESSURE BREAKS, EXCESSIVE HEAT, MISUSE OR ABUSE OF JIDA WATT EYEWEAR PRODUCTS WILL ALSO VOID WARRANTY.

Customers must be responsible for shipping cost and sending the eyewear together with our original case in the secure box by shipping company that provides tracking number. JIDA WATT eyewear is not liable for lost or damaged products caused by shipping company *)
