Shipping Conditions
-Free worldwide shipping on orders above 300$
-All products will be shipped from our storage located in Bangkok, Thailand by DHL express/Kerry express. Delivery time depends on each destination (3-7 business days).
-Exchange and refund are allowed in case of defect caused by our production. (See more on https://www.jidawatt.com/warranty-policy)
-All products are carefully checked and verified as in good condition before processing to delivery.

Change of address
-If the customer requests to change shipping address (different from registered address in payment system), we will send an email to the customer one more time to confirm the updated address. DHL express will deliver the order to the updated address and get the signature from the recipient at the updated address. When we get the signature and proof of delivery, the deliver process is considered completed.
Duty and Taxes
-Duty and taxes are not included in the payment. Customs and import duties are varied among destination countries. All of these charges as well as any charges at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient. You will be notified by DHL for further process once the package reaches your destination country.
Trademark and Copyright
-All contents and information included on our website and its associated mobile site are the property of JIDA WATT eyewear and are tendered on the understanding that all contents are copyright and prohibited to reproduce all or any part of the content.
-These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand for any action arising out of or relating to the terms and conditions of use.
Customer Information
-Customer information is required for order processing, delivering, and invoicing. Such information is strictly treated as confidential and is not disclosed to any third parties. However, JIDA WATT eyewear is not responsible for any breach of security that may arise.

Warning :
In normal use, the eyewear are sufficiently resistant to wear and tear. However, they offer only limited protection against shocks such as knocks which, in some cases, may cause breakage or chipping of the eyewear or lenses and may cause injury to the face or eyes. Accordingly, JIDA WATT eyewear is not liable for any cases of injury caused by breakage or chipping of the eyewear.
